The fourth round of the 2024 AMA Pro Motocross Championship brought the first East Coast round of the season as the series visited High Point Raceway in the southwestern corner of Pennsylvania, and it was Jett Lawrence who bossed the event, with his 1-1 ride earning him the overall victory.

Chase Sexton (3-2) finished second and Hunter Lawrence (2-3) third.

Aaron Plessinger finished fourth, Justin Cooper fifth, Jason Anderson sixth, Dylan Ferrandis seventh, Justin Barcia eighth and Shane McElrath tenth; all Alpinestars riders.
