Alpinestars’ lightest autonomous airbag, the Tech-Air® 3 V2, is built for the road—ideal for touring, commuting, and light off-road riding. Designed to be worn over or under the motorcycle jacket, it delivers versatile, streamlined protection without compromise. This self-contained system brings top-level safety to everyday rides.

Worn over or under jackets, including Tech-Air® Ready or any leather/textile jacket providing that it has sufficient space to accommodate the inflation of the airbag.

The advanced crash detection algorithm—refined with millions of kilometers of real-world data—anticipates impacts and deploys the airbag in time for protection before a crash. It is effective even in direct impacts (e.g., vehicle collisions), proven in "first impact" tests at 25–63 km/h per Dolomiticert Protocol.

Due to regulations for transport of dangerous goods by air (IATA) and road (ADR), consumers are not permitted to ship Tech-Air® products themselves for return or servicing. In the event of a return or service request you must therefore deliver the goods in person to one of our Tech-Air® Hubs. Please ensure you first contact our Customer Care team to receive confirmation of the correct Hub and approval before visiting.
