Jorge Martin s'est illustré sur un circuit exigeant au Texas, où sa conduite agressive lui a permis de se frayer un chemin jusqu'en tête pour décrocher une victoire éclatante.

Il a été rejoint sur le podium par Pecco Bagnaia, deuxième, et Enea Bastianini, classé troisième.

Alex Marquez a terminé quatrième, Ai Ogura sixième, Raul Fernandez septième et Pedro Acosta huitième ; tous sont des pilotes Alpinestars.
