How do I choose the right size for the Supertech R10 Limited Edition Flyte Helmet?
The Purple Red Glossy Supertech R10 Limited Edition Flyte Helmet is offered in unisex sizes XS–XXL. Measure your head circumference and compare it with the Alpinestars helmet size guide, then check for a secure fit without painful pressure points.
The A-Head Fitment System allows crown height and angle adjustment to refine helmet position. It complements correct size selection rather than replacing it.
What safety certifications and impact protection does the Supertech R10 Flyte helmet have?
The Supertech R10 Limited Edition Flyte Helmet is certified to ECE 22.06 and DOT standards and carries FIM homologation. Its multi-layer shell combines 3K and uni-directional carbon fiber with aramid fiber and fiberglass reinforcement.
Its protective construction includes an eight-piece multi-density EPS liner, a low-friction inner coating designed to help manage rotational forces, an EPP chin bar liner, and an Emergency Cheek Pad Release System for medical personnel.
Can I use the Supertech R10 Limited Edition Flyte Helmet for road riding and track days?
Yes. This full-face helmet is developed for road riding and racing. Its CFD- and wind-tunnel-refined aerodynamic package includes lateral winglets and interchangeable Road and Race spoilers designed to reduce drag and lift for stability at speed.
Before attending a track day or race, check the organizer’s helmet requirements against the helmet’s certification labels and condition.
Does the Supertech R10 Flyte helmet include a dark visor and a Pinlock lens?
Yes. The supplied kit includes clear and dark smoke shields, a Pinlock lens, tear-offs, Road and Race spoilers, wind and breath deflectors, and a helmet bag.
The Optical Class 1 visor system features anti-fog and anti-scratch coatings, tool-less shield changes, and a 220° lateral by 57° vertical field of view. Select the shield appropriate to the light conditions and applicable local regulations.
How does the Supertech R10 Flyte helmet ventilate during hot-weather riding?
The Supertech R10 Flyte uses 11 ventilation ports: seven intakes, comprising three at the chin and four at the crown, plus four exhausts. Internal channels molded into the EPS and shell direct airflow through the helmet.
Moisture-wicking interior padding helps manage perspiration during road and track sessions. The padding is removable and washable; follow the helmet’s care instructions when cleaning it.
